pce-tds100h دستگاهی مناسب برای استفاده در نفت، گاز، آب و فاضلاب، مواد شیمیایی، غذا و نوشیدنی ها، دارو ها، فلزات و معادن، پالپ و کاغذ، انرژی و حرارت، تهویه هوا و سرمایش صنعتی است.این جریان سنج فراصوت دارای گیره های نواری(velcro-strap clamps) است که اجازه تغییر مکان و حالت سریع مبدل های الکتریکی را می دهد.
مایعات قابل اندازه گیری شامل: acetate, acetone, alcohol, ammonia, aniline, benzene, butyrate, chloroform, ethanol, ethyl alcohol, ethyl ether, ethylene glycol, freon R 12, petrol, glycerin, glycol, isobutanol, isobutane, isopentane, kerosene, linseed oil, methanol, methyl alcohol, engine oil, diesel oil, olive oil, peanut oil, paraffin oil, pentane, petroleum, 1-propanol, coolant, lubricating oil, silicone oil, transformer oil, trichlorethylene, 1, 1, 1 - trichloroethane, turpentine, distilled water and sea water.
محاسبه سرعت جریان به صورت زیر است:
v = سرعت اندازه گیری شده (measured velocity)
T1 = زمان اجرای سیگنال فراصوت در جریان(run time of the ultrasonic signal in the flow direction)
T2 = زمان اجرای سیگنال فراصوت بر خلاف جهت جریان(run time of the ultrasonic signal against the flow direction)
L = طول موج فراصوت(length of the ultrasonic wave)
α =زاویه سیگنال فراصوت با جریان(ultrasonic signal angle to the flow)
اصل حمل و نقل-زمان(transit-time principle) به لوله هایی نیاز دارد که پر و بدون فضای خالی باشند.
نکته: برای انتقال داده ها به کامپیوتر، به نرم افزار SOFT-PCE-TDS نیاز است که به صورت جداگانه فروخته می شود.
همه که محصولات سری pce-tds توسط pce-instruments در آلمان منتاژ و کالیبره شده اند. گواهی کالیبراسیون توسط pce آلمان به همراه محصول نهایی ارائه می شود. گواهی شامل یک نقطه اندازه گیری() بر روی دو لوله ی مختلف است. نمایش مرجع داخلی که توسط pce کالیبره شدهدارای گواهی معتبر کالیبراسیون DAkkS است. این ویژکی امکان ردیابی توسط Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstal (PTB) را تضمین می کند.
